JOB DETAIL
- Lead and manage the full spectrum of Human Resources functions including recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and HR development.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including workforce planning, job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and hiring decisions.
- Partner with department managers to understand manpower requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with company goals and local labor regulations.
- Manage employee onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Supervise HR documentation including employment contracts, HR records, and HR database management.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs to support organizational growth.
- Provide HR guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters.
- Support company culture development and ensure a positive working environment.
- Prepare HR reports and manpower updates for senior management.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 8–10 years of HR experience, with 3–5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong experience in recruitment and HR operations.
- Good understanding of Thai labor law and HR best practices.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, well-organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent Chinese communication skills (spoken and written) at least HSK 5.
- Experience working in multinational or Chinese companies will be an advantage
