JOB DETAIL

Prime Function:
1. Management of all personnel assigned to Shipping Department.
2. Ensure staff effectiveness and cost improvements.
3. BOI Privilege and incentive, Certificate and reporting to BOI
4. Cooperate and to Thailand Authority for all kind of incentives on Tax benefit for inbound – outbound.
5. Price negotiation / price controlling for inbound – outbound
6. Controlling KPI delivery for customers
7. Controlling all KPI in department.
8. Controlling and evaluate to all freight forwarding and customs broker to ensure following all KPI 9. Controlling , maintaining and update to Shipping System.

BOI
- Prepare to BOI applicate for new investment
- Appling / communication with BOI office team of investment till project approval
- Preparing / apply for BOI Master list of machines, Mater list of materials , BOI formula and other
- Controlling all master list (MML) of machines and material by weekly to align with BOI
- Investigate on machines and productivity result & BOI capacity proposal
- Monitoring to inbound-outbound entry to be align with BOI privileges and report to BOI
- Monitoring / approve on materials, machines, spare part and scrap on materials / machines for reporting to BOI and customs department
- Monitor / approve on BOI application (material / machines and other ) on Shipping system.
- Investigate and cooperation with BOI office team for highest privileges'
- Set up team / working process / worksheet template and system to integration for internal system and BOI system
- Review result and performance on BOI activities by weekly / monthly

Inbound - Outbound
- RFQ for inbound-outbound on transportation on yearly
- Freight price negotiate on inbound-outbound for cost deduction.
- Sourcing price / freight forwarding for new origin & destination for inbound-outbound
- Review freight price by monthly or any requirement
- Update freight price and option to shipping system by monthly or any times change
- Monitoring inbound-outbound shipments by daily and total transpiration cost & budget
- Investigate and solve issue concern to Customs, BOI and other regulations of Thailand Authority
- Coordinate / discussion to Thailand Authority for company relations.
- Set up team / working process / collaboration with freight forwarding for system integration vie EDI ,API or any template available.

License and FTAs
- License to TISI, DIW , NBTC , Excise Tax and other. FTAs is for procosting to Asian countries , GSP , REX System
- Coordinate / discussion to Thailand Authority for rules and regulations for all kinds of inbound-outbound.
- Set up team / working process / worksheet template and system to integration for internal system and Thailand Authority system
- Investigate and problem solving with internal and external (Thailand Authority)
- Review result and performance on privilege by daily / monthly Shipping System and supporting system
- Shipping system support to for inbound – outbound daily activities, BOI, Excise tax for retail price, FTAs Costing. Supporting system for TISI import license, OCR invoice for inbound activities, Customs Entry formalities and other dashboard.
- Discussion with software house for function structure and design template functions for Shipping system and supporting system
- Prepare budget for new function and maintenance cost
- Set up schedule for function Test / implementation and final result
- Daily monitoring all functions on Shipping System and support system. Any error from system coding to be inform to software house
- Daily monitoring all kinds of report (inbound / outbound / BOI / Import license / system coding)
- Collaboration with freight forwarding / Shipping company for integration via EDI, API or any kind of tool for automation process
- Upgrade Shipping System and Support System by yearly for automation process
- Support all kind to concern coding / data for system
- Created new module and collaboration to software house team for new technology on AI / API / OCR for create new function to replace manual work and integration to external

Authority:
1. To approve on BOI / inbound – outbound / License to Thailand
2. To review and discussion to Thailand Authority for improve all activities.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree or above in related field.
- Experience over 10 years in inbound -outbound / BOI.
- Experience in management over 5 years (in electronic industry is highly preferred)
- Strong leadership and team player, good attitude, logic thinking.
- Good command for English.
