Scope: Responsible for color formulation control and color matching in plastic compounding.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define color matching approach and select suitable pigments/masterbatch for PP/ABS/HIPS
• Control color pre-mix and trial production before mass production
• Manage recipe control and color traceability
• Analyze color deviation and implement corrective/preventive actions
• Control pigment/additive storage and prevent contamination
• Work with QC on color standards and acceptance criteria
• Support new grade/color development
• Ensure EHS compliance and provide OJT training

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical / Materials / Polymer Engineering or related field
• 1–3 years’ experience in compounding, color matching, or masterbatch
• Understanding of color behavior in PP / ABS / HIPS
• Intermediate level of English
