Scope: Responsible for extrusion and pelletizing production process control.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage start-up, operation, changeover, and shutdown of extruders (strand & underwater pelletizing)
• Control key parameters (temperature zones, screw RPM, torque, melt pressure, feeding rate, cooling)
• Monitor pellet quality (MFI, color, moisture, appearance)
• Analyze and troubleshoot process issues systematically (CAPA)
• Manage grade/color/material changeover to reduce waste and cross contamination
• Maintain production and traceability records
• Coordinate with QC, Maintenance, and EHS teams

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Plastic / Polymer / Chemical / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering
• 1–3 years’ experience in extrusion, compounding, or pelletizing
• Knowledge of plastic pellet quality control (MFI, color, moisture)
• Intermediate level of English
