• Create professional and persuasive marketing presentations to showcase Takasago’s products, concepts, and innovations to key customers.
• Monitor market movements and industry trends to identify new business opportunities and strengthen partnerships.
• Provide marketing insights and consumer behavior learnings during customer engagements.
• Coordinate interactive workshops with regional teams and ensure smooth project execution.
• Collaborate with regional teams and affiliates to support various initiatives, maintaining alignment with corporate standards.
• Manage preparation and distribution of marketing samples across affiliates.
• Maintain and update the product database; lead new product evaluation sessions.
• Work with global/regional teams on consumer studies to ensure consistency.
• Lead local consumer study projects (e.g., field visits, system monitoring, home visits, and reporting).
• Translate consumer insights into actionable strategies for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Support ad-hoc marketing assignments as needed

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in chemical, biochemist, cosmetics or related field to sciences is required.
• Master's degree in marketing or international business will be considered an advantage.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing role, preferably in the fragrance, consumer goods or cosmetics industry.
• Fluent in Thai & English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong creative thinking skills paired with solid conceptual and analytical capabilities in marketing.
• Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to analyze consumer insights and translate them into actionable strategies.
• Confident in representing marketing ideas and concepts to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); experience with marketing/ AI generative tools such as
ChatGPT, Canva, Mintel, or Euromonitor is an advantage.
• Proven track record in developing marketing strategies, conducting trend analysis, or providing customer-facing
marketing support.
• Excellence coordination and time management skills.
