- Develop, maintain, and expand strong relationships with key decision-makers at film converters, printers, and flexible packaging converters across ASEAN.
- Identify new business opportunities and acquire new customers while maximizing growth within existing accounts.
- Define annual sales targets, customer priorities, and structured visit plans aligned with business line strategy.
- Lead commercial negotiations in line with company pricing policies, value positioning, and margin guidelines to ensure sustainable profitability.
- Manage and develop regional agents and distributors to ensure effective technical and commercial market coverage.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support including troubleshooting, product application guidance, product demonstrations, and print/line trials.
- Conduct line audits and support product qualification processes to ensure optimal performance and correct application.
-Ensure proper product handling, preparation, storage, and application in accordance with company and industry standards, considering the interaction between product characteristics, machine configuration, and substrate properties.
- Collect and deliver structured technical and market feedback to regional laboratories, Product Management, and R&D teams.
- Monitor market dynamics across ASEAN, including volume trends, pricing, competitive landscape, and technological developments.
- Identify growth opportunities within flexible packaging segments such as lamination, films, inks, coatings, and adhesives.
- Represent the company at trade fairs, conferences, and customer events to strengthen brand visibility and generate new leads.
- Maintain accurate CRM reporting including visit reports, opportunity tracking, quotations, samples, and project updates.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Supply Chain, regional laboratories, and global teams to ensure smooth execution and high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and propose corrective actions when required.
- Prioritize activities effectively, focusing on high-value projects and strategic accounts while managing regional travel efficiently.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Printing Technology, Packaging Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field preferred
- Equivalent industry experience in flexible packaging or related sectors will also be considered
- Several years of experience in flexible packaging, printing, converting, inks, coatings, adhesives, or related industries
- Proven track record in technical sales, customer support, application engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles
- Hands-on experience in film printing, lamination, coating processes, or other flexible packaging technologies
- Good command of English; Thai language required. Additional Asian language is a plus
- Competent in MS Office; CRM experience preferred
- High mobility (50–60% travel across ASEAN)
