- Manage and delegate responsibilities/tasks to subordinates (Operators, Leaders, Technicians)
- Manage current and new model preparation, trial and mass production
- Manage and lead teams to achieve production plan, optimize manufacturing processes and attendant
- Manage and lead team to achieve KPI under company's policy.
- Handle machine and process improvement plan.
- Drive solution and resolution production issue in production line.
- Work closely with operators and cooperate with other section in order to carry on the production plan to success.
- Control daily attendant and manpower plan
- In charge of Safety in the area, monitor and improve Safety in working environment
- Manage 3S in Genba in order to maintain effectiveness and safety
- Update internal quality concerned document and enforce the usage of those rules in quality concerned document in order maintain the quality
- Handle HRD for Production Section
- Improve efficiency within poroduction line.
- Manage issues and recurrence preventive action effectively.
- Follow up and recheck work result or operation staffs according to rules and requirement of quality and safety.
- Control production result (output) to be on plan and target.
- Recheck/inspect operation process done by operators
- Increase productivity's by searching for new methods and aim to fasten the cycle time or less resources (KAIZEN, LEAN)

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in industrial or mechanical engineering or related field.
- Must have 5+ years of experience in production manufacturing, directly in aluminum part.
- Must have 3 years in management level.
- Proven knowledge of machine and process improvement.
- Proven technical skills to drive solution and resolution production issues.
- Intermediate Level of English.
