- Manage and delegate tasks to engineers and technicians under supervision.
- Manage new model preparation schedule in order to achieve mass production schedule such as machine installation, trial process, process preparation, etc,
- Manage and lead teams to optimize manufacturing processes, focusing on efficiency, quality and cost by driving technical improvement and resolving production issues.
- Coach, mentor and manage engineering team, fostering skill development and manage performance.
- Manage and lead team to achieve KPI and company policy.
- Drive solution and resolution production issue within the production line.
- Carry on improvement and solve problems.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in engineering field.
- Minimum 10 years of work experience in production engineering.
- At least 3 years in management role with experience managing subordinates (engineers and technicians).
- Proven ability to manage new model preparation schedule i.e. machine installation, trial process & preparation, etc.
- Proven ability to manage and lead teams to optimize manufacturing processes i.e. controlling quality and cost.
- Able to drive technical improvement and resolving production issues.
- Able to coaching, mentoring and manage engineering team undersuervision.
- Intermediate Level of English.
- JLPT N3 or higher.
