JOB DETAIL
HR tasks:
• Control Human Resources functions, full-cycle recruitment and workforce planning to support business expansion including payroll program
• Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and HRIS systems.
• Handle the filing of payroll tax for Japanese employees, and liaise with the Labor Department in case of disputes
• Oversee compensation and benefits structure to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.
• Process Visas and Work permit for Japanese employees.
• Design and manage performance management systems, KPI setting, and employee evaluation processes.
• Plan and implement training, leadership development, and succession planning programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company regulations, and HR best practices.
Administration tasks:
• Supervise overall office administration, facilities management, and company assets.
• Manage vendor contracts, office supplies procurement, and cost control initiatives.
• Oversee company vehicles, driver management, and transportation arrangements.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in human resource or any field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resource Management
• Has work experience in Logistic industry.
• Able to travel up-country sometimes
• Can communicate well in English, both reading and writing and Japanese is advantage.
• Proficient in using computers, including Excel, Word, and others
