JOB DETAIL

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (requisition intake to onboarding)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce needs
- Develop and post job advertisements across appropriate channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
- Conduct reference checks and prepare offer letters
- Ensure smooth onboarding coordination with HR Operations

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree or higher
- At least 3-5 year of experience in Recruitment Functions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to prioritize and handle many tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, Energetic can-do attitude and a passion for creating new improvement.
- If have worked for a Japanese company, it will be special consideration.
- Can strictly follow the rules.
