JOB DETAIL

• Evaluate production feasibility to support new part quotations
• Monitor and collect trial data during the New Model phase; analyze quality and cost issues for improvement
• Participate in designing and improving tools/equipment for production lines
• Prepare standard working times for each production process step to establish OS
• Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials) for part production
• Monitor production results during Pre-Mass and First Production to ensure alignment with OS
• Manage 4M Change control
• Participate in APQP meetings and report issues affecting quality and cost targets for new parts
• Strictly follow instructions from supervisors
• Comply with company quality and environmental policies
• Strictly follow company safety policies
• Adhere to all company rules and regulations

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in production (advantage)
• Training in IATF16949 / ISO9001 / ISO14001 (advantage)
• Strong coordination and interpersonal skills
• Able to work overtime
• Able to work off-site and outside normal working hours
