【About Company】
A global retailer specializing in merchandise from a world-famous game franchises is looking for a GA & Accounting Assistant Manager who will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely financial operations while supporting general administration functions.
This position acts as a vital coordinator between the local team, Japan HQ, and external partners such as auditors, accounting firms, suppliers, and government authorities.
*Shop is expected to be opened in late 2026.

【Job Description】
Financial & Accounting Operations
• Manage payments, reimbursements, and investment-related records with a high level of accuracy
• Ensure proper documentation of invoices, tax documents, and accounting records
• Prepare and present expense, tax, and financial reports to the General Manager for budgeting and forecasting
• Act as the main contact person for external auditors and accounting firms
• Support audit and financial reconciliation processes
• All other accounting related tasks assigned by company
General Administration & Coordination
• Handle general administrative tasks and support internal departments
• Oversee company asset, property, and facility control and tracking
• Coordinate with suppliers and external parties for contract preparation and administration
• Serve as the company representative when coordinating with government authorities (e.g. Revenue Department)
• Ensure administrative processes are efficient, timely, and well-documented
• All other GA related tasks assigned by company
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
[Requirements]
• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Business-Level English Proficiency
• 2–4 years of experience in administration or accounting-related roles
(AP/AR accounting experience is highly preferred)
• Experience working in or coordinating with multinational companies is an advantage
• Experience in stakeholder coordination across internal and external parties
• Experience in withholding tax (WHT) filing is preferred
Skills & Competencies
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work efficiently
• Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong multi-tasking and prioritization abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
