【Job Description】
- Property Research: Conduct market area analysis, visit shopping centers, evaluate customers and tenants, estimate sales potential, benchmark against existing stores, and perform profit-and-loss assessments.
- Negotiations with Property Owners: Present proposals on terms and conditions, engage in contract discussions, review construction and asset classifications, and analyze competitors.
- Store Opening Support: Drive promotional initiatives, coordinate with property owners, and manage media relations to ensure successful launches.
- Support for Existing Stores: Enhance visibility through social media promotion and facilitate collaboration with other departments.
- When you visit each stores, you will be driving company car by yourself
- Other tasks assigned by company

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

[Must]
- At least 3 years of professional experience in retail real estate development or at a real estate company
- Japanese skills at intermediate level or higher at N3 level or above
- English skills at intermediate level or higher (TOEIC 600+ preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (high school graduates with 3+ years of relevant experience are also eligible)
- Must have driver's license

- Prior experience working in a Japanese company

- Background of studying or living in Japan
