■Position Overview
This position is part of the NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier) function within the forwarding business.
The role focuses on managing carrier-side operations, including space procurement, rate negotiation, and coordination with shipping lines, internal teams, and overseas agents to support stable ocean freight operations.

■Key Responsibilities
・Secure vessel space and negotiate freight rates with shipping lines
・Manage pricing and monitor shipment profitability
・Oversee daily ocean freight operations and shipping documentation
・Coordinate with overseas and local agents to maintain service quality
・Handle carrier-related operational issues and exceptions

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

■Muist Have
・Bachelor's Degree in any field
・4+ years of experience in NVOCC, ocean freight forwarding, or a related department within Logistics/Transportation industry
・Experience in carrier procurement, rate negotiation, and ocean freight operations

■Better to have
・Work experience in Japanese Companies
・English Intermediate level
