1.Prepare quotations and manage the RFQ (Request for Quotation) process to maximize business opportunities.
2.Ensure readiness for new part launches by understanding the production process.
3.Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies aligned with organizational goals and market trends.
4.Coordinate product preparation for new model launches.
5.Support customer relationship-building activities.
6. Handle initial customer complaints and coordinate problem resolution.
7. Analyze sales data and identify trends to enhance performance.
8. Identify and penetrate new markets, including target customer segments, to drive business expansion.
9. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
10. Support and comply with departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
11. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
12. Track sales forecasts to align with customer demand

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
3. At least 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, preferably in the manufacturing or automotive industry.
4. Knowledge in RFQ processes, sales forecasting, and market analysis.
5. Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
7. Intermediate level of English.
8. Able to work in Ayutthaya.
9. Owns a car and holds a valid driving license.
