JOB DETAIL

• Provide brokerage services for buying and selling Japanese real estate for Thai clients
• Coordinate with the headquarters in Japan, including property viewings, contract execution, and purchase procedures
• Translate and explain contracts to Thai clients
• Provide after-sales services for Thai clients
• Develop and manage customer acquisition channels

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Ability to understand and explain the procedures and regulations related to real estate transactions in Japan
• Japanese language proficiency sufficient to communicate with the headquarters and Japanese real estate partners
• B2C sales and communication skills
