> Handle process of order with accuracy and timeless, Daily communicate with customer and overseas co-worker,
> Delivery management and follow up shipping document.
> Submit quotation, Handle orders and checking the orders have the correct prices, and product numbers.
> Inputting orders (sales and purchase) and invoice issue, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements,
and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
> Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
> Other related issues as assigned by direct supervisors.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in any fields.
- Have1-3 years' Experience of sale support Semiconductors and Electronic parts industry
- English is in intermediate level
- Advance in computer skill especially Microsoft Excel / Microsoft Word / Excel / Outlook
- Use company car
