- Plan and schedule production activities
- Control and monitor the production process
- Control and reduce waste generated from production
- Improve work systems to enhance efficiency
- Prepare production reports
- Troubleshoot issues and coordinate to ensure production quality

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of work experience in related industries.
- English communication in nearly intermediate level.
- Able to work well in a team with strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented with basic problem-solving skills
- Proficient in computer skills and programs such as MS Office, Excel, and Word
