As a Sales Manager, you will be actively visiting, approaching new & existing clients, as well as managing a team.

-Manage existing clients and develop new business
-Handle sales processes from initial contact to order acquisition
-Coordinate with internal engineers, designers, and project managers
-Act as a playing manager, leading the team (2 members) while actively engaging in sales

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in related fields
- Intermediate level of English
- More than 7 years of Corporate sales experience
*Experience in kitchen equipment, facilities, construction, or related industries is a plus
- More than 3 years of team management experience
- Able to find new business opportunities by yourself (This is essential for this role)
- Able to work as a hands-on sales professional
- Must own a driver’s license and own vehicle

- Experience working in Japanese companies is an advantage
