JOB DETAIL

- Control and supervise production processes of Wave Soldering, Conformal Coating, and Test.
- Ensure product quality complies with work instructions and manufacturing standards.
- Handle daily production issues such as solder defects, coating NG, and test failures.
- Control operators to follow safety regulations and 5S activities.
- Check machine readiness, equipment, and jigs/fixtures.
- Report production results and issues to the superior.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering
- Knowledge of Wave / Coating / Test processes.
- Able to control and instruct operators effectively.
- Responsible and able to work under pressure.
- Able to work in night shifts (if required).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in PCBA manufacturing.
- Experience in controlling Wave / Coating / Test production lines is an advantage.
