Working under Amata VN Public Company Limited (AVN), founded in 2012

• Direct, Manage and Oversee all aspects of finance, accounting, and investor relations of the client Group.
• Responsible and Oversee accounting and related functions to ensure relevant reporting compliance according to SET, SEC, MOC and other regulations.
• Represent the Company as a spoke person in communication with analysts, investors, and shareholders.
• Support and execute the Company’s investment expansions, potential partnerships via new projects, joint ventures and Merger and Acquisitions.
• Provide recommendation and execution plan to support Strategic Plan of the Company

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and Master’s degree in in Finance or Accounting preferable.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in a management role in Finance, Banking, Accounting or related field.
• Experience in listed company, SET/SEC related is an advantage.
• Strong Finance technical knowledge, Financial modeling.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Excellent command of English. (TOEIC > 750)
• Must be willing to travel both domestically and internationally when required.
