- Manage and improve product development processes
- Prepare and oversee the annual development plan
- Develop and execute sales plans for new products
- Develop and implement sales plans for VE (Value Engineering) and production transfer projects
- Prepare and manage the manpower plan for the Development Department, including investment plans for tools and equipment
- Establish and implement standardization plans and product development process improvement plans
- Approve employee performance evaluations and consider salary adjustments

Product Development [Area]
• ① Responsible for new product development for the Japanese market
• ② Responsible for product development for the Asian market
• ③ Responsible for custom-made product development

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- More than 10 years of experience at the engineering design level
- Knowledge of lighting system design
- Intermediate level of English (Japanese language skills will be an advantage)
