JOB DETAIL

- Plan and develop overall HRD strategies
- Present HRD policies and human resource development plans aligned with organizational goals
- Prepare annual HRD action plans and development budgets
- Develop employee capabilities through training and development programs
- Analyze training needs (TNA)
- Design internal and external training courses
- Monitor and evaluate training results
- Participate in developing career paths and competency systems
- Develop management and leadership development programs
- Manage talent management and succession planning
- Coordinate and provide HRD consultation to management and all departments

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Industrial Psychology, or related fields
- 5–10 years of experience in HRD, with team management experience
- Strong analytical thinking and data analysis skills
- Good understanding of Competency frameworks, KPI, OKR, Talent Management, and Succession Planning
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in designing training programs or acting as an internal trainer is a plus
