- Source domestic and overseas suppliers, and negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
- Handle import operations, including customs documentation and applications for product certifications such as FDA, TISI, and SDS.
- Plan products and inventory to minimize out-of-stock situations and control overstock levels.
- Analyze sales performance by SKU and category, and prepare dashboards and key performance reports.
- Plan promotions, pricing strategies, and new product launches.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including warehouse, logistics, marketing, and sales teams.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Experience in FMCG, Retail, Category Management, or Supply Chain.
- Strong understanding of supply chain, inventory management, and distribution processes.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Proficient in Chinese (HSK Level 5 or above).
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NAV is a plus.
- Knowledge of import procedures, customs processes, and product certification requirements is an advantage
