JOB DETAIL

- Drive sales growth and profitability of the Distribution Business Group.
- Manage TSN/B and LV Components business in alignment with company strategy.
- Lead direct sales activities for MCB, C-Box, and S&S products.
- Develop and execute moving plans and strategic item management.
- Analyze sales, stock, and profit data to support decision-making.
- Prepare and submit regular business and performance reports to HQ.
- Coordinate closely with HQ, internal departments, and key customers.
- Participate in LV/MV technical and product training programs.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, accountability, and professionalism as a Korean expatriate representative.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Electric field or Economic/ Business Administration or related.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Electrical panel cabinets/ Sales.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales, profit, and stock data.
- Strong communication skills in Korean and English (Vietnamese is a plus).
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and matrix organization.
- Has own car and current driver’s license.
