- Develop and execute sales strategies.
- Manage and grow key customer segments while expanding new market opportunities.
- Take ownership of overall sales performance, planning, and forecasting.
- Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Work closely with senior management and internal teams to ensure effective sales performance and customer satisfaction.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related fields.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales management covering B2B and/or B2C markets.
- Proven experience in leading sales teams and managing customer portfolios.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in service or logistics industry is an advantage.
