JOB DETAIL

- Review and analyze system requirements and specifications.
- Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective testing strategies and test plans.
- Execute test cases (manual and/or automated) and analyze test results.
- Identify, document, and report defects to the development team.
- Assist in troubleshooting and verifying reported issues.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- 0–3 years of working experience as a Software Tester (new graduates are welcome).
- Familiarity with Agile development frameworks and regression testing is an advantage.
- Strong ability to document, analyze, and troubleshoot defects.
- Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset with good problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
