- Lead collaboration with domestic and international partners in technical point of view
- Gather and analyze business and user requirements and able to translate requirements into system specifications and designs
- Provide insights and recommendations with strong systematic thinking and end-to-end process understanding.
- Technical Support for the software development, Implementation, and maintenance of business applications
- Coordinate with business, development, and QA teams.
- Support system and user acceptance testing (UAT). And able to investigate and resolve system issues or defects.
- Support application deployment and post-launch activities

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree or master's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecom Engineering, Business Computer, or related fields.
- 2–5 years as a Business Analyst in IT projects or system implementation
- Experienced in application development from system design, programing, testing, implementation
- Hands-on experience wring requirement documents and user stories.
- Experienced in leading teams of three or more members is a plus
- Experienced in development of cloud environment is a plus
- Experience coordinating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience supporting UAT and preparing test scenarios.
- Experience with change management or process improvement initiatives
- Exposure to ERP/CRM/app development or enterprise systems is a plus
- Experience doing data validation or basic SQL
