JOB DETAIL

・Support the implementation and operation of IT solutions for manufacturing environments.
・Accompany sales staff to customer meetings and provide technical support, including answering technical questions.
・Work with customers to understand production processes and support system deployment.
・Provide technical support and troubleshooting during and after implementation.
・Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and continuous improvement.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

■MUST HAVE
・At least 3 year working experience in IT Industry
*Configuring and installing various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, VPN)
・English Intermediate level
・Own car ＆ Driver license

■BETTER TO HAVE
・Academic background or working experience related to IT
・Knowledge about Hardware, Software IT products
