Manage and oversee the full spectrum of accounting functions, including GL, AR, AP, costing, fixed assets, and monthly/annual closing processes

Prepare and complete accounting closing activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data prior to submission to the Senior Finance & Accounting Manager

Prepare supporting schedules, reconciliations, and financial documents for management review and consolidation

Supervise, coach, and manage a team of 6–8 accounting staff, ensuring compliance with internal controls, policies, and timelines

Coordinate closely with the Senior Finance & Accounting Manager and CFO, supporting financial reporting, audit preparation, and management requirements

Ensure accounting operations comply with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements

Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and relevant authorities during audits and statutory filings

Utilize and maintain ERP systems for accounting operations and reporting

Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data, particularly in a manufacturing / steel fabrication or related industrial environment

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Minimum 3–5 years of experience at the Accounting Manager level, with hands-on responsibility for accounting operations and closing processes

Direct experience in the steel fabrication industry or closely related manufacturing industry

Possession of a valid accounting license / professional qualification and ability to perform accounting closing responsibilities

Proven experience preparing accounting closing documentation for senior management review

Prior experience working with an ERP system for accounting and financial operations

Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and internal controls

English communication skills (speaking and writing) at an upper-intermediate level or above
