JOB DETAIL

• Follow up with existing distributors and develop new distribution channels
• Visit end users and provide on-site consultation and support
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients
• Provide technical consultation and solutions tailored to client needs
• Participate in product design and development projects using your technical expertise
• Perform design and drafting tasks using CAD tools (if applicable)
• Communicate effectively with internal Japanese stakeholders and HQ in Japanese
• Collaborate with Thai customers and partners using Thai and English
• Manage project timelines and ensure all tasks are delivered on schedule

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Experience as a Sales Engineer, Sales, or Engineer
• Strong engineering knowledge and technical understanding
• Proficiency in AutoCAD operations
• Able to communicate in English
• Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N2 level or above
• Comfortable working in a small-sized company (8–10 employees)
