REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree or master's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecom Engineering, Business Computer, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of project management experience in web application development.
- Practical understanding and management experience in the development lifecycle (from requirement definition to design, development, testing, and maintenance).
- Experience in client negotiations, proposals, and requirement adjustments.
- Management experience of development teams with over 10 members, including hiring, training, and evaluation.
- Experience or understanding of building business applications.
- Experience in managing the division's profit and loss and budget.
- Experience in introducing Waterfall, Agile, or DevOps methodologies.
- Business communication ability in English or Japanese.
- Experience in managing offshore and partner vendors.
- Knowledge of IT security and cloud-native technologies (containers, API management, etc.).
- Insights into specific industries (Japanese manufacturing and local company system development)
