● Identify and nurture sales opportunities by outbound calling and responding to the
inquiries turning leads into loyal customers.
● Showcase our solutions, demonstrating how they solve real-world business challenges
● Provide expert consultation and support to ensure client success and satisfaction
● Conduct engaging product training sessions and offer creative implementation strategies
● Collaborate with other teams to enhance our product and support materials
● Bridge language gaps through translation and localization efforts

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

● Bachelor's degree in any field
● 2-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or technology-related fields
● Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for helping businesses succeed
● Ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships
● Familiarity with SaaS or technology-related fields (a plus)
● Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced, evolving industry
● Excellent communication skills in Thai and English (MUST)
● Having experience in the SaaS/Technology-related fields
● Having experience of studying abroad in an English-speaking country
● Having knowledge of Japanese language (JLPT N3) is advantage
