JOB DETAIL

・Coordinate new product requests from overseas branches and fishing gear distributors
・Review product specifications such as color, size, and shape, and manage technical drawings and related documents
・Create 2D/3D designs using CAD and support prototype production, including painting and finishing
・Work with factories and related teams to support mass-production setup once the product is approved
*Opportunity to plan and propose new product ideas is also welcome
*Mainly involved in developing various fishing gear products, with recent focus on jig heads

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

■MUST HAVE
・1+ year experience in any field
・Ever use CAD at work or at School (CAD Basic level)
・Ever paint something (Experience as hobby only, will be enough)
*Experience of finishing is not Must. Welcome candiate who intereted in making new items

・English Intermediate level
・Experience of Fishing as hobby
・Experience of new product planning, coordination for new model development
