- Manage and maintain the clinic’s social media channels: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Line, and website, including content, videos, and advertisements.
- Analyze ROAS and manage online advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
- Plan, create, and execute visual content (photography, video production, editing) for both online and offline campaigns, including short clips, TikTok/Reels, and art-works.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, medical staff, HR, and other departments to coordinate online and offline marketing activities such as events and seminars.
- Liaise with external partners including models, designers, and agencies for marketing campaigns.
- Prepare weekly reports on marketing performance and provide insights for improvement.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisors.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, preferably with social media management.
- Proficient in social media platforms: Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Line.
- Skilled in design and video editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, or equivalent.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and service-oriented mindset.
- Detail-oriented, able to multitask, and solve problems efficiently.
- Experience in hospitals or clinics is a plus.
