JOB DETAIL

- Identify, approach, and build relationships with new and existing clients in both the private sector and government agencies.
- Present and promote office supply products and office equipment to meet customer needs.
- Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and related documents for clients.
- Manage and follow up on sales opportunities to close deals and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding product availability, delivery, and customer support.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to management.
- Attend client meetings, product demos, and procurement sessions when required.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and government procurement regulations.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (new graduates are welcome).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with clients.
- Good negotiation skills and confidence in handling sales discussions.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for client visits.
- Experience in office supply or related retail businesses such as MR.DIY, B2S, or similar companies is a strong advantage.
- Fair in English is OK.
