JOB DETAIL

1. Production Planning & Control
Plan, control, and monitor the production of recycled plastic pellets to meet the assigned targets.
Manage raw materials, machinery, and resources to achieve maximum efficiency.
Analyze daily/monthly production requirements and allocate manpower appropriately.

2. Quality Control & Assurance
Ensure the quality of plastic pellets meets the required standards.
Inspect the production process including sorting, crushing, washing, pelletizing, and drying.
Coordinate with the QC/QA department to resolve quality issues.

3. Production Process & Machinery Management
Oversee the performance of machinery such as crushers, washers, recycling lines, and pelletizing machines.
Coordinate with the maintenance team to prevent machine downtime (Preventive Maintenance).
Analyze machinery and process issues to improve production efficiency.

4. People Management
Supervise production staff, shift leaders, and unit leaders.
Provide training, monitor performance, and conduct employee evaluations regularly.
Build discipline, safety awareness, and teamwork across the production line.

5. Safety & Environment
Ensure all operations comply with factory regulations and safety standards.
Promote the use of PPE and enforce workplace safety procedures.
Monitor and prevent environmental impacts during production activities.

6. Production Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
Analyze production costs, issues, and improvement opportunities.
Report directly to the Plant Manager or senior management.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Industrial Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in production management within plastic pellet recycling or plastic manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of various plastic types (PP, PE, ABS, HIPS, PC, PCABS, PA6) and recycling processes.
• Knowledge of recycling machinery (crushers, washers, extruders, pelletizing machines) and plastic pellet extrusion, sorting, compounding, and color/formula control.
• Familiarity with industry standards: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, UL, RoHS, REACH.
• Experience with ERP/MRP or production management systems; proficient in Excel and production reporting.
• Knowledge of safety, occupational health, and factory laws.
Skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership ability and capacity to work under pressure.
Preferred Experience
• Worked with customers in furniture, packaging, automotive, or electrical appliance industries.
