JOB DETAIL
Brand Identity & Positioning
- Define positioning and key messaging
- Review branding materials
- Encourage staff to use the brand consistently
- Participate in workshops to align vision with practice
Digital Marketing
- Approve overall digital strategy
- Set goals for campaigns
- Review analytics and performance reports
- Collaborate with staff on content creation, messaging, and testing new platforms
Content Marketing
- Approve storytelling themes and tone
- Oversee the content calendar
- Review and edit major content pieces
Community Engagement
- Set priorities for community engagement
- Represent the school at key events
- Host open houses, parent dialogues, and similar activities
- Support staff in community-focused initiatives
Events & Experiences
- Approve the annual event calendar
- Define the objectives of each event
- Lead or support important event segments
- Work with staff on logistics and planning
Public Relations (PR)
- Shape the PR narrative and key messages
- Approve press releases
- Represent the school in media interactions
- Guide staff on media communication protocols
Admissions Strategy
- Co-develop enrollment targets
- Meet with prospective families when needed
- Review admissions data with staff and adjust processes together
Networks & Alliances
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with schools, organizations, and institutions
- Develop partnerships that support mutual growth and collaboration
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Corporate Communications, Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, marketing, or digital media, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Thai and English.
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to manage and enhance the organization’s image in alignment with its vision and goals.
- In-depth understanding of digital media trends, social media communication, and modern communication tools.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior executives, internal departments, and external partners.
- High sense of responsibility, integrity, and professionalism.
- Candidates with marketing experience in the education or school sector will be given special consideration.
