JOB DETAIL

- Responsible for obtaining registration of new products and maintaining existing registration of products including involve in translating, preparing and updating labelling of products to ensure comply with regulation. This position is also required to support marketing team in the marketing administration tasks as assigned

- Planning / Execution
- Manage Product Information File (PIF) according to FDA regulations
- Contact with Thai FDA for product registration within timeline
- Check claim word on label to correct with FDA regulations
- Coordinate with related parties to assist planning and execution of marketing activities
- Strengthening Organization
- Coordinate and keep up to date FDA regulations
- Maintain and renew all licenses properly to ensure up to date
- Coordinate and assist new product launching plan with related parties such as FDA, marketing, supply chain, translator labelling and co-packing
- Collect updated Thai FDA information and check product management, importation and marketing activities to be align with regulation
- Summarize / evaluate marketing campaign performance
- Opening PR-PO and product requisition

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's Degree in related field with able to communicate win English
- At least 2 years experience in FDA registration in Cosmetic products
- Knowledge in FDA regulation
- Good time management
