- Manage production costs and resources efficiently.
- Plan work schedules and allocate manpower appropriately according to production capacity.
- Supervise and oversee production to ensure it meets quality standards and is completed within the customer’s timeline, in accordance with quality policies.
- Supervise production staff to ensure safe working practices and strict compliance with company regulations.
- Analyze and resolve production issues, addressing current problems and preventing future occurrences.
- Maintain and ensure the continuous efficiency of tools and machinery within the department.
- Coordinate with relevant internal and external departments.
- Improve work processes for higher efficiency and develop staff to enhance their skills in all areas.
- Supervise and manage subcontractors to ensure compliance with company rules and regulations.
- Support and adhere to the company’s policies on quality, occupational health and safety, and environmental management.
- Must have knowledge related to welding work.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5–10 years of experience in steel structure work or fabrication steel structure.
- Experience in management.
- Able to read and create drawings using AutoCAD proficiently.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015.
- Good command of English. (Report to Japanese Manager)
- Able to work well under pressure.
