- Expand farmer participation in company projects
- Increase the number of farmers joining key projects such as Trade Finance, Low-Carbon Cassava, CFP, Machinery Sharing, and Drone Service.
- Plan and manage target areas
- Set and monitor provincial targets to ensure project expansion aligns with company’s strategic goals.
- Supervise field teams (Marketing Promotion / Agronomist)
- Lead and support field staff to effectively promote and communicate project objectives to farmers.
- Organize field activities and farmer engagement campaigns
- Conduct demonstrations, training, and company Connect campaigns to motivate farmers to participate.
- Utilize data and coordinate with partners
- Leverage company Connect and CFP data to plan strategically and collaborate with government and private partners.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agricultural Science, or related field.
- 4-5 years' experience in managing agricultural projects or operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to farmers and stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel to field sites as necessary.
- Ability to travel to farming areas as needed.
- Good command of English
