JOB DETAIL

• Supervise plastic pellet melting processes according to formulas and production plans
• Operate and monitor machinery, including setting parameters and adjusting feed rates
• Maintain equipment such as screen changers and cutter blades (EREMA)
• Oversee downstream processes including strand feeding and packing
• Manage and train the melting team, ensuring safety and efficiency
• Inspect product quality and resolve production issues promptly
• Report production results and issues to management on schedule
• Maintain cleanliness and follow 5S workplace standards

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Production Technology, Industrial Engineering, Plastic Engineering, or a related field
• Able to work in rotating shifts
• Prior experience in a supervisory or team leader role in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong understanding of plastic melting processes and machinery operation (EREMA or similar)
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to respond quickly to production issues
• Familiarity with 5S and workplace safety standards
• Basic computer skills for reporting and machine interface adjustments
