2.) Marketing & Brand Strategy

Develop and execute marketing plans to strengthen brand positioning and customer loyalty.

Design promotional campaigns that attract new and premium customers.

3.) Customer Experience & Relationship Management

Establish service excellence standards and enhance customer experience across branches.

Manage key client relationships, including VIP and high-value customers.

4.) Operational Oversight

Supervise and monitor branch performance, ensuring consistency and alignment with business goals.

Streamline workflows to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.

5.) Data-Driven Decision Making

Utilize analytics and customer insights for forecasting, planning, and market segmentation.

Drive performance improvements through data-based strategy implementation.

6.) Leadership & Team Development

Lead and mentor a large, multi-branch team to achieve business objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Marketing, Risk, Finance, HR) to ensure operational alignment.

7.) IPO Readiness & Corporate Growth

Support the executive team in preparing the business structure, image, and documentation for IPO readiness.

Ensure compliance with corporate governance and internal audit standards.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.

10–15 years of experience in business management or retail finance, ideally with multi-branch or franchise operations.

Background from industries such as financial services, gold trading, luxury retail, or high-value asset trading.

Strong understanding of premium market customers and ability to forecast customer behavior.

Skilled in strategic marketing, customer insight analysis, and business growth planning.

Leadership mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Dynamic, analytical, and marketing-oriented individual who can adapt to fast-paced business environments.
