JOB DETAIL

This is an officer position for company's monitoring center.

①Arranging maintenance schedules with engineering team and clients
・You will be contacting engineering team as well as clients for arranging maintenance schedule
・Making Reports

②Check whether there are any errors in the solar power generation system or not by monitoring system
・If you find any system error, you will be contacting engineering team as well as clients

③You will be required to create a solar power generation system operation status report in Excel once a month
・After you creating status report, you will be sending it to clients by email.

④You will be required to explain the details of power generation monitoring in Japanese Language to customers who visit your company.

⑤Interpreting tasks for the internal meetings（JP＜＞TH）

⑥All other tasks assigned by company

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Requirements】
・JLPT N2 up（＊Must be at least nearly upper intermediate level of Japanese）
・High communication skill (*someone not shy to talk with customers)
・Must be able to use PC, Excel, Word, Powerpoint
・People who do not have related experiences are also welcome to apply but new graduates are not acceptable
