1. Quality Issue Response
・Manage quality issue records, FQE logs, and system updates.
・Prepare and translate technical analysis reports from QA centers.
・Handle customer and regional office (TH, SG, MY, PH, IN) claims and inquiries.
・Report major claims promptly to HQ and follow up on pending analyses.
・Promote preventive actions and share QAC initiatives with customers.

2. Recall Handling
・Coordinate recall requests between HQ, warehouses, and sales.
・Gather and report responses to HQ QC.

3. PCN Support (Product Change Notification)
・Continuously follow up on customer product evaluations related to PCN.
・Coordinate with sales to prioritize and clarify issues for timely resolution.

4. Training
・Provide technical and quality related information and training to sales teams.

5. Audit Support
・Coordinate with related departments for thorough audit preparation
(Example: IATF/OSAT/Internal Audit).

6. Other Quality Initiatives
・Plan and implement improvements and new initiatives in quality operations.
・Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and contribute to overall quality enhancement based on
analysis.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

・Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering.
・5+ years of relevant experience in quality assurance, quality engineering, or field
engineering within the electronics or product industry.
・Experience in handling external customers and suppliers.
・Japanese Upper Intermediate level
・English Intermediate level
