JOB DETAIL

- Provide support to ensure smooth sales activities—both online and offline.
- Responsible for assisting the sales team with backend processes, coordinating with customers and internal departments, managing order workflows, and supporting business performance.
- Update and maintain product information, pricing, stock levels, and sales materials across systems and sales platforms.
- Support the preparation of product sheets, presentations, and sales tools.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to support inquiries, complaints, or order adjustments.
- Assist in preparing and executing sales promotions or online campaigns.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Strong interest or experience in e-commerce or online operations
- JLPT N3 or higher
- Good command of English and/or Thai
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic business tools, CANVA OR photoshop
- Experience with Shopify, Shopee or Lazada (advantage)
