Job Purpose:
The Senior HR Manager will act as a strategic business partner to management and take the lead in planning, developing, and implementing HR strategies that support the company’s business direction. This role focuses on workforce planning, recruitment, training & development, and organizational effectiveness — rather than operational HR tasks such as payroll or benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:
• Partner closely with senior management to provide HR advisory and strategic input on people management and organizational development.
• Plan and manage manpower strategies to align with business needs.
• Oversee recruitment and selection to ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates.
• Lead training and development initiatives to strengthen employee capability and engagement.
• Review and improve HR policies, systems, and procedures to enhance efficiency and alignment with company goals.
• Supervise and coach the HR team to ensure effective performance and professional growth.
• Report directly to the GM Admin and the CEO.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in HR management, focusing on strategic HR, manpower planning, and organizational development.
• Strong leadership and decisiveness in managing and implementing HR initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely and confidently with top management.
• Good command of English (6–7/10 level)
