- Set and monitor sales targets, continuously improving performance through coaching and tools.
- Champion a customer-first mindset across all functions of the subscription business.
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and lead initiatives to improve retention and loyalty.
- Implement processes to ensure seamless onboarding, usage, and support.
- Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing sales and operations team.
- Manage team budgets, expenses, and resource allocation efficiently.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration across marketing, operations, finance, and technology teams.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in sales, business operations, or general management, preferably in automotive, subscription services, or mobility industries.
- Proven track record of leading sales teams and achieving business growth.
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, CRM tools, and customer success metrics.
- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and execution capabilities.
- Data-driven and results-oriented, with strong analytical and financial acumen.
