JOB DETAIL

- Taking care of Key account customers (feedmill factory).

Order, Sales & Team Management
Oversee daily sales operations with both existing and potential customers. Drive product offerings, lead and manage the sales team effectively, and ensure strong P&L performance to achieve company goals.

Customer Relationship Management
Maintain and update customer databases while strengthening long-term relationships with key clients. Develop new customer connections to enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat sales.

Channel Development
Identify and establish new business opportunities by expanding customer pipelines and building strategic partnerships to grow market presence.

Commercial Policy
Execute sales activities in alignment with company commercial policies. Monitor market trends, competitor movements, and pricing to ensure competitiveness and profitability.

Supplier Management
Collaborate with suppliers to support product development, pricing strategies, logistics, and policy alignment. Ensure efficient coordination to meet business objectives and customer requirements.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science, Animal Husbandry (Must), or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)
- At least 10 years of sales experience in Animal Health & Nutrition raw materials
- Proven experience in handling Key Accounts preferred
- Experience in managing team members with strong of Sales team management
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Strong presentation skills
- Driving license and owning a car
