JOB DETAIL
- Develop and implement HRD and training strategies to enhance employee skills, engagement, and performance.
- Design and manage the annual training plan, including budget, content, and evaluation process.
- Development programs and talent management initiatives.
- Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify employee competency gaps and create development plans.
- Manage HR reports, KPI, and maintain employee training records.
- Support company-wide HR initiatives related to employee relations, internal communication, and engagement.
- Provide advice to management regarding HR policies and people development strategies.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR management, focusing on HRD and training (experience in a public company is an advantage).
- Strong understanding of HR development frameworks, competency models, and performance management.
- Good command of English
- Knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
